Ok so the controller I'm using is the Wii u game cube adapter with the program that work with Vjoy. What I suggest you to do is configuring the controls on that other PC and then copying the 'melonDS.ini' file from that PC to the one that's having problems. That's strange, something in the inputs of your PC are wrong. So it there a way to A) fix the joystick detention in MelonDS or B) turn it fully off and just use joytokey? So I tried a different PC with no Vjoy installed and this didn't happen, but then installing it on that computer and BAM same problem. So then I just got joytokey to workaround this and everything seemed fine, but in every game the character will always move down making it unplayable.
